Drawing from his extensive on-site maintenance engineering and supervisory experience at luxury mid-rise condominium properties — including Mira Villa, Spanish Palms, Horizons at Seven Hills, and The Terraces — Nick understands the rigorous standards required for complex, high-density residential and commercial infrastructure, and how the budget plays into every decision.
